WEB Carter Milliken Reum was born on February 5, 1981, in Chicago, Illinois. Graduating from Columbia University, Reum began his career in finance at Goldman Sachs. After leaving the firm, he co-founded the venture capital firm M13 with his brother, Courtney Reum.
