ZURICH, Switzerland - The next UEFA Women's EURO will be held in Switzerland in the summer of 2025, marking the third edition since the tournament expanded to 16 teams. The road to Women's EURO 2025 begins on Friday, April 5, 2024, with the kick-off of the new-look Women's European Qualifiers. Fifty-one teams will compete across three leagues for a mix of direct tickets and spots in the play-offs.
The tournament will run from July 2 to 27, 2025, and will be played across eight cities in Switzerland. It will be the first time that the senior Women's EURO has been hosted by Switzerland.
The qualification process will see the 15 teams that join hosts Switzerland determined through the Women's European Qualifiers league stage, which will run from April to December 2024. The draw for the groups has already taken place.
England, the reigning European champions, will be looking to defend their title in 2025. They will begin their qualification campaign against Sweden on April 5.
